You received a text to this page as our records indicate you have a phone number parked or have call forwarding service with us.

If your port out certificate (POC) indicates TELNYX, when you are ready to port your number to your phone carrier you will now need to submit a PIN with the port request.

If your POC does not have a PIN, please open a live chat and we will provide your PIN. For the security of your account, you will be asked to answer some security questions before the PIN is issued and we cannot provide the PIN via email or phone calls to us.
