SMS Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, and/or making a purchase you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from BeeFound Business Optimization Inc. (operating as and referred to ‘Number Shack’ in these Terms and Conditions), including text messages made with an auto dialer, at the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services. You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, Number Shack's Terms & Conditions, Number Shack's Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Number Shack’s services. By continuing to use our website or services after any changes to this policy are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

General

Number Shack’s text message programs are governed by the following terms and conditions: You agree Number Shack may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) about any current or future products, offerings, events, promotions to any mobile phone number you provide. Message and Data rates may apply, and you agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. Number Shack does not impose a separate fee for sending Number Shack text messages. Communications via text messages will be to your mobile device and may include information about any product or service that you are currently receiving. You acknowledge that you are thirteen years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder. If you signed up by texting a sign-up keyword, you will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration.

Message Frequency

The number of Number Shack text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of Number Shack’s text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. If you opt-in to a Number Shack text messaging program, you will receive a maximum of four (4) messages per month in connection with that program. For text messaging programs that are non-marketing in nature, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on the program.

How to Opt-In

You may subscribe through a web form at NumberShack.com, when you sign up for an Number Shack Rewards account, place and order on our website or initiate a chat at text.numbershack.com or any other method established by Number Shack from time to time.

How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving promotional text messages from Number Shack, simply text the opt-out word STOP to any text that you receive from Number Shack. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. Message & data rates may apply.

Note:

• Our SMS number is 905-900-0008
• The opt-out trigger word STOP is not case sensitive and the opt-out is instantly completed.
• Alternatively, you can opt-out of receiving text message from Number Shack by sending us an email (sean@numbershack.com) with your mobile phone number or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-800-4416.
• Please allow up to 2 business days from when the email request was sent to process your removal, or 20 business days from when the regular post office mail was sent to process your removal.
• You agree to receive a final text message confirming you opt-out.

Help Command

For help at any time text HELP and an automatic text will be sent with a help link and phone number.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You agree to notify Number Shack of any changes to your mobile number and update your subscription to reflect this change. You agree to indemnify Number Shack in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Number Shack if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Access of Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Number Shack’s control, and Number Shack is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

Number Shack takes data protection seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data and what your rights are.

Termination of Text Messaging

Number Shack may suspend or terminate your receipt of Number Shack text message if Number Shack believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Number Shack text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Number Shack reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Number Shack text messages, with or without notice.

Requirements

To take advantage of Number Shack’s text messaging program, you must have a text messaging-enabled mobile device with a text messaging plan.

• This policy outlines the requirements for participating in promotional text/SMS offers and receiving associated discounts at Number Shack. By signing up for a promotional text/SMS offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

• To receive a promotional discount, you must opt-in to receive promotional text/SMS from Number Shack. This opt-in can occur through various channels, such as our website, social media, etc.
• Opting in confirms your consent to receive promotional text/SMS from Number Shack. This consent may be revoked at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each text/SMS.
• The specific discount offered may vary depending on the promotional campaign and may have additional eligibility requirements beyond opting into text/SMS. These additional requirements will be clearly communicated alongside the promotional offer.

• While we encourage you to explore the benefits of receiving our promotional text/SMS, we understand that some customers may prefer not to receive them. You may choose to unsubscribe from our text/SMS list at any time.
• However, please note that opting out of promotional text/SMS immediately after signing up for a discount may void your eligibility for the discount. This is to ensure the fairness and sustainability of our promotional programs.
• If you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy, please contact us for clarification before signing up for any promotional offer.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Number Shack reserves the right to change these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued consent to receive text messages from Number Shack constitutes your agreement to all such changes. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
