• During Porting: If porting has begun, we'll do our best to cancel it or, if completed, port the number back. While processing might take slightly longer, you'll still receive a 100% refund.

Exceptions:

• Toll-Free & Vanity Numbers: Due to their unique benefits, purchases of these numbers are final and not covered by the 30-day guarantee. However, we provide transparent information and encourage you to ask any questions before making your decision.
• Unfortunately, due to Google's policies, porting numbers to Google Voice or Google Fi can be complex and subject to restrictions beyond our control. Therefore, purchases of numbers specifically intended for porting to these services are considered final and are not eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
