Short and honest answer is yes! If have not started the port to your carrier, then its easy, we will cancel the order and refund 100% your payment, via the same method that you paid. If you have started the port, we need to either attempt to cancel it or wait until it completes, then port the number back. If this is the case, there will be a delay in the refund, however, you will still receive 100% of your money back! Please see restrictions in our Terms & Conditions.
