1. You can PORT (TRANSFER) the number to your provider, carrier, cell company, voip provider, etc. There is NO porting fee charged by us. You MUST port within 30 days of purchase, failure to port the number will result in the forfeiture of the phone number.
2. You can choose to leave it 'parked' for $50 for one year (renewable yearly), callers hear will hear a standard message advising them this number is reserved, there is no voicemail included. You can port out anytime, there are no hidden fees, there is no contract. If you stop paying the parking fee you will forfeit the phone number.
3. You can choose to use the call forwarding plan which includes:

• Call Forwarding: Configure your phone number to forward incoming calls out to any US or Canadian phone number. Update this forwarding number at any time and changes are instantly activated. Callers won't know their call is being forwarded.
• Auto Attendant Menu: Greet callers with a custom outgoing menu that allows them to press a key on their keypad to be forwarded to a separate phone number. ("Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Support...") Add one forwarding number per key for up to 10 numbers (0-9). Upload your own custom audio message or record one over the phone.

• Incoming Caller ID Select: Using your number for business and forwarding to your cell phone? You'll know if that call is coming from your number and can answer appropriately. Select to show your phone number as incoming Caller ID, or the incoming caller's Caller ID.
• $19.99 per month, billed yearly, which includes 300 incoming minutes per month, additional minutes are billed at $0.02 cents. Calls can be forwarding to the US or Canada.
• There is no contract or hidden fees and you can port out the number anytime, if you stop paying the forwarding fee, you will forfeit the phone number.

Once you purchase a phone number from us, you own the phone number and can port away or choose an option above to keep it activated.
